Today I want to talk about the insane benefits of water fasting. Last week, I decided to join a good friend of mine in a fast he’s a fasting expert. I guess you could say he’s gone up to 30 days without food before.
Now me on the other hand, I never really ever fasted in my entire life outside of intermittent fasting. I’ve read about it, I’ve heard about it, but I’ve never done it. I’ve never gone days on end without eating any food. But fasting for a longer period of time is something I’ve always really wanted to try. So when my buddy said, “Hey man, I’m gonna do a fast for the week” and I was like, I’ll join you, what do I need to do? Now it’s funny to me, because when it comes to trying new things,
I have this way of being where I don’t like to dip my toes slowly instead of just like, I dive in headfirst, this is what I do. And I’ll have to tell you, it was amazing. I’ll tell you about it in this episode, not even share some of the benefits that science is showing about fasting.
So if you’re at a place where you want to take your connection to God, source, universe, whatever you want to call that to the next level, or maybe you just simply want to sharpen your mind and body. Sit back, relax and enjoy the show.
