In today’s episode, we’re going to talk about the power of small changes. Over the past ten weeks, I have been taking part in a fitness challenge with my good friend Jonathan Heston. He introduced me to the X3 Bar, which is an exercise training device that uses heavy-duty elastic bands and a 23 and a half-inch long steel bar.

After the 12 weeks, I know now the X3 system is going to be a part of my lifestyle. Like it’s just too simple not to do it. It has given me zero excuses to not workout, and my body is leaning down, it’s toning up my body weight which seems to hang around strong about 166 and a half pounds. My body fat percentage keeps slowly dropping month after month, and it’s being replaced with steady muscle growth.

So what does this have to do with the power of small changes? And how’s it going to help you live your best life? I learned a huge lesson in creating substantial amounts of transformation. And in this episode, I want to share that advice with you.
