Worrying and overthinking keeps us from experiencing our version of heaven on earth here and now. 

As I’ve studied Ancient Wisdom, I’ve come to learn that we create our realities using three things. — our thoughts, our feelings, and our actions. 

To create long-term, sustainable results, the act of creation consists of all three of these things.

The Universal Law of Being is that the world will always give us exactly that which we are at our Core. 

If we want to change our reality, then we must become aware of and change the way we are thinking and feeling most of the time.

Richard Dott provides a great way to stop worrying so much in his book “Dollars Flow to Me Easily.” 

He says, “Instead of worrying all the time about your finances, debt, market conditions or family life, make a conscious decision right now to simply worry about these things for just 15 minutes a day.” 

This “Worry Time” helps you drastically reduce the amount of time you spend in a disempowering state. 

As a result, you create more opportunities to experience more peace, power, and prosperity.

My challenge to you is to try this simple exercise for 7 days and let me know what you find the results to be.
